Crafts To Go

Come grab a free lunch and a craft to go!

July 8, 15, 22, 29 & August 5, 2020

You can pick up your craft anytime from 10-8:00 or

come for Free Summer Lunch at 11:30 am.

Designed for children ages 3-9.

Quantities are limited, registration begins June 15.

                              

Zoom Story Time
Miss Tina will be holding an interactive story time on Mondays at 11 am on the Zoom platform.

Facebook Story Time
Miss Tina will be reading stories for our young friends on Thursday afternoons
while the library is closed.  Follow us on Facebook at "putnampubliclibrary" and say
hello in the comments!

 

Theme Bundles

Give us a theme, and we'll pick out 4 or 5 books for you to pick up!

 

1,000 Books Before Kindergarten  
The concept is simple, the rewards are priceless. Read any book to your baby, infant and/or toddler. 
The goal is to  read 1,000 books before your precious one starts kindergarten.
Pick up a reading journal at the Putnam Public Library, and every time your child reaches
the goal of 100 books he/she will receive a FREE book! 

 

Awe Early Literacy Stations (Suspended during pandamic)
The Children's Room has three computers designed especially for Pre-K to third grade users. 
These durable, child-friendly computers are loaded with more than forty top-rated developmental
software titles in a full range of curriculum areas such as reading, writing,phonics and more.
