Town Hall Procedures for conducting business

The Town of Putnam employees, boards and commissions are conducting business via zoom. Below is a picture of the Board of Finance meeting that took place on ZOOM.US on Monday. The agendas are listed on our town website www.putnamct.us, under each individual board and commission. All meeting agendas will include the zoom address, meeting ID number and a phone number to call into if you don't want to participate on a computer. The public is welcome and encouraged to view/listen to the meetings. If there is public comment listed on the agenda you will be able to speak for a maximum of 3 minutes per person.
