Municipal Complex

The Municipal Complex is arguably the most significant project that the Town of Putnam has ever completed! As of August 2021, the project has been substantially completed, and now in September 2021, the Town Hall staff, the Library staff and members of the Aspinock Historical Society have made their spaces within the Complex.
