TOWN ADMINISTRATOR

The Town Administrator is appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Board of Selectmen. Mr. Cutler is responsible to the Mayor and the Board of Selectmen for the administration of all departments and agencies of the Town government. Specific duties include assisting the Mayor in preparation of the annual budget and five-year capital improvement program, overseeing town personnel and labor relations/negotiations, and making recommendations for improvements in Town policies, procedures and programs.
