OK Putnam, IT'S ON

"Scouting for Food" local Food Drive

Once again the Boy Scouts of America Troop 21 in Putnam is participating in the "Scouting for Food" drive.  Last year they collected $2,601 and 2,523 pounds of food!  Over 200 pounds of food was collected from the Putnam Town Hall.

The Challenge is On!  The Putnam Board of Selectmen have challenged each other with a "Pound Off" to see which one can bring in the most food for the food drive!

The yellow collection bags are available at the Town Hall and Library.  You can drop off your donation to the Mayor's office if cannot make the event on March 24, 2018 from 9:00am-12:00pm at the Cagill Council 64 Knights of Columus Hall at 64 Providence Street in Putnam.
