REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR PARKING LOT RECONSTRUCTION AT

48 INDUSTRIAL PARK ROAD,  PUTNAM   CT  06260

 

RFP Issue Date:  Monday, August 28, 2017

RFP Due Date:    Tuesday, September 12, 2017

 

 The Town of Putnam, acting through its Redevelopment Agency will receive proposals, including quotes from qualified firms or individuals to reconstruct a portion of bituminous concrete pavement at the subject address. The area to be reconstructed encompasses approximately 1,530 square yards of pavement and 785’ +/- of bituminous concrete lip curbing. Scope of Work also includes minor concrete step repairs, and pavement repairs with hot applied asphalt crack sealer.

Sealed proposals are due by Tuesday, September 12, 2017 by 3:00 p.m. at the Putnam Redevelopment Agency Office, 156 Main Street, Putnam, CT  06260. No proposals will be accepted after that date and time. Sealed proposals should clearly indicate “Proposal for 48 Industrial Park Rd. Parking Lot Reconstruction”. Proposers shall submit one (1) original and three (3) hard copies of proposal as well as a Statement of Qualifications.

The Town of Putnam reserves the right for any reason or no reason, to reject any Proposal or all Proposals if in the opinion of the Town it is in the best interest of the Town to do so, whether or not it is the lowest dollar fee proposal.
