to the Economic and Community Development Office
The Town’s economic
and community development services are delivered
through its Economic Development Commission and Redevelopment
Agency. The office assists existing businesses, recruits
new businesses, oversees development of the Putnam
Industrial Park, administers a small business loan
fund, manages housing rehabilitation and other grants,
and acts as a catalyst for the development of community
infrastructure.
