Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, and 10 in the front section of the Park have been cleared for development. Test pit data is available.

Full utilities, including municipal water and sewer, are on Highland Drive for the 12.86-acre Lot5, the 3.3-acre Lot 6, the 3.79-acre Lot 7, the 8.24-acre Lot 8, and the 2.03-acre Lot 10.

Lots 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, and 24 in the rear section of the Park have been cleared for development. However, Lot 20 is being developed by the Putnam Redevelopment Agency as a business incubator building, and Lots 21 and 22 have been sold to the Foster Corporation. Test pit data is available for Lot 19 and can be obtained on other lots.

Full utilities for the 38-acre Lot 19, including municipal water and sewer, are on Ridge Road. Water and gas for the 7.16-acre Lot 23 and the 13.95-acre Lot 24 are on-site; electric and sewer need to be run from the Park Road access to Lots 23 and 24.
